In industrial applications involving control valves used to regulate fluid flow, aerodynamic and hydrodynamic noise phenomena may occur, potentially causing damage to equipment, processes, and personnel. These issues generate significant costs due to frequent maintenance and repair activities involving equipment and pipelines, as well as production losses resulting from process interruptions caused by premature equipment failures. The system does not require additional flow restrictions to distribute the pressure drop across the valve, thereby avoiding potential blockages caused by debris or suspended solids. Additionally, the flow rate is not reduced, allowing the valve to maintain its original flow capacity.
